This was likely the worst interview process I've ever experienced with a large company.
The interviews themselves were fine, but the cycle and schedule were completely unorganized. It was difficult to understand the roadmap and get a sense of what was next or what the interviews were about, leaving me feeling disconnected.
While they initially engaged me to start the interview cycle, the hiring manager was unfriendly from the outset for unknown reasons. I had to follow up multiple times to receive any updates.
Overall, I completed three rounds of interviews. After the final one, I had to wait over nine days for any feedback. I only received it after reaching out again, at which point I decided to withdraw from the process.
