GitHub's culture of innovation and community contributions is fading as Microsoft becomes the dominant culture. There are far too many white dudes and not nearly enough females. This is the first place I've ever worked at that does not offer a referral bonus. It's not a place where I can fully utilize my experience or grow my career.
