Four interviews in total:
All of the interviews went well, and I had some great positive feedback along the way. The last interviewer indicated they would make a decision about next steps within 2 days. It has now been four weeks.
I have followed up with the recruiter and have heard nothing. It seems like I've been unsuccessful - it happens! But all it'd take is one tiny email response from the recruiter to let me know and provide closure.
Throughout the process, each of the interviewers talked about GitLab's values, and these values are why I was interested in interviewing here. Sadly, despite pushing them so hard, it seems like they don't abide by their 'transparency' value.
