There was a phone screen with a recruiter, then four 1-on-1 interviews. One with the Director of Engineering, one with the Product Manager of the team I would be joining, one with the current Engineering Manager of the team, and one with the Senior Director of Development.
Each interviewer had their own questions and interview style. It did not seem like they had access to the previous interviewers' questions/notes, so there was a bit of overlap. Everyone was very nice and it was a great experience to get the opportunity to talk to all of these people. It's clear they enjoy their work and are good at it.
Note that it does take some time to coordinate all of these interviews. The winter break was in the middle of my interview process, which artificially lengthened it by a few weeks.
