Pros: GitLab might be one of the best companies to work for out there.
The culture here is amazing: everybody is supportive, the senior leadership genuinely wants good for you, extremely flexible working hours, unlimited PTO, and very transparent in all of its processes.
Cons: None. I am glad I got the opportunity to work for GitLab.

Pros: Solid and powerful product, friendly collaborative team members, and overall a pretty good work culture that allows for a healthy work-home life balance.
Cons: Sales motion can be challenging, and some internal company turbulence as GitLab matures as a company and goes through some growing pains.
