I had a disappointing experience with GitLab after successfully passing all the technical rounds. Despite my strong performance, I never heard back from the hiring team, which was incredibly frustrating.
The lack of communication and feedback reflects poorly on their recruitment process and overall professionalism.
I hope they can improve this aspect to respect the time and effort of their candidates.
