Pros: A fully remote and async culture is amazing. Everyone here is talented and on their game in terms of communication, knowledge, and helping each other out. It's a super interesting product to be working on. Frequent coffee chats are also encouraged with your colleagues. Unlimited PTO is also a great benefit.
