Very clear expectations in terms of dress, process, etc. Everyone was on time and professional. They asked for feedback from me at every step. A salary calculator clearly showed what my offer would be, and I saw that during the recruiting call. Very transparent - no games.
Ultimately, the job description changed, so I no longer qualified for the open role, but it was a very positive experience.
