My experience with the interview process at GitLab was very positive. The process consisted of a number of interviews with HR, who screened me for the next interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with a peer Solutions Architect, and concluding with an opportunity to perform a demo to a wider panel audience.
With each interview, I felt very welcomed. Everyone was extremely friendly. Information about the company, the role, and the products was very exciting.
GitLab was very helpful in preparing me for each interview, including providing me with very useful and helpful information and system access required in order for me to prepare for and perform the demo.
The overall process for me was just about 2.5 months, and GitLab was very responsive to all my follow-up queries, providing positive feedback throughout the whole process.
Upon completion of the whole interview process, I was extremely excited to learn that GitLab had extended an offer to me, which I positively accepted.
I would like to thank everyone who I interacted with at GitLab who provided such a happy, friendly, and positive experience, and I am super excited to get started.
