First days, but so far, what an amazing onboarding
The company and your colleagues take care of your soft landing into the company (and the remote work) with simple things like:
- Calls with your manager and the onboarding buddy.
- Breakout calls.
- A self-explained and step-by-step onboarding (using GitLab).
- And everything is documented, so you can learn at your own pace.
Partially doing single sign-on, which implies a lot of work to set up online accounts on your first days.
