Pros

I love working fully remotely! It helps a lot when it comes to managing family life.

There is an interesting product and a great tech stack to work on.

I work with a bunch of cool people, and I get to have video calls with them often.

I've been enjoying working asynchronously! For example, sometimes I finish my day with some work handed over to a team member for review. This team member is located somewhere 10-12 hours ahead of me, which means that when I start a new working day, it's likely that I'll have already received my reviews from my colleague. As a developer, asynchronous work is definitely something that works well.

Cons

The company is growing very fast. As a result, onboarding was a bit rocky. I didn't get my working laptop until a week or 10 days after my first day. Minor annoyance, but that's part of growth; I understand it.
