There have been crises at times, but as with any company of a decent size (close to a thousand employees), mistakes are bound to be made. The effects are compounded by the amount of public exposure that comes with being of that size.

What is important is that everyone from literally all faces of the earth comes together to work together to face the crises and learn from the mistakes, while at the same time not putting any blame.

Not really a con, but rather a challenge: contractor arrangements for people from most countries can be challenging and even disadvantageous.
