Flexibility, great talent, opportunity to grow, and a competitive market.
Its maturity has grown to a corporation level. It's more stable than ever, but at the cost of application complexity and a bigger codebase due to the intense amount of features being introduced.
It goes according to the plan of a single application for the whole lifecycle, but I fear it reaches a point where it just does too much.
