Very open about everything, including salary, company handbook, and even product source code.
Mostly positive culture.
It has become considerably more bureaucratic as the company has scaled up. Managers are focusing on metrics that make the team look good rather than focusing on the best decisions for the company or product. There's a lost focus on writing quality software and eliminating technical debt.
Ensure managers spend more time on career path development for their direct reports. The burnout rate can be higher than you think among those who don't see a path for progression.
