Personal Time Off is okay.
Extreme bureaucracy, fragile executive egos, and incompetent product managers are rampant in this company. They also pay way below market rate since they are still under the impression that "remote work" is unique to them.
Stop micromanaging the engineers, and maybe also stop spying on your employees.
