Flexible work with manageable shifts

GitLab has a typical tech recruiting process: a call with a recruiter, then team interviews. The recruiter is heavy on keyword matching and establishing specific skills from the past, including technologies not on the job description.
6 interviews, as I changed to a different role after the 4th. Manager, technical focused on the first role. Peer engineer, senior manager interviews. I then completed an additional manager and technical interview, more focused on SRE.
Very open, all the hiring information is online in their handbook. Even though I did not get an offer, I would be interested in the future. More of an informal chat about tech than an "interview", as I did not get to the second stage.
