Great company with some quirks
- Work on one of the hottest tools in tech.
- Work with some of the most talented people I've ever been around.
- All remote culture (if that's for you).
- Excellence as a principle. The most transparent organization I've ever been a part of.
The most politically correct organization I've ever been a part of. I understand the idea of honoring others, but many of the rules that we have are just obnoxious and aren't even beneficial.
Unlimited PTO, but a lot of people can't take PTO because of job demands (I am in sales).
Relax the political correctness. Get rid of unlimited PTO.
