A place to retire from
The title of this review says it all. I really cannot wish for a better job: great culture, great colleagues, great product, great compensation.
The company really runs like it's described in its public handbook, no surprises.
I wish GitLab would have an office which I could visit a couple of days per week to connect with my colleagues. Full-remote works perfectly here, but I miss the personal contact from time to time.
