Pros

Generally good benefits. Offers ESPP. Working hour flexibility - fully remote. Great co-workers. Converging towards less trust and more control.

Cons
  • Compensation is good, but could be better.
  • Problems with location integration, for example, tax filings and a health plan that doesn’t compensate Denmark’s governmental health plan well.
  • Very feature- and deadline-focused.
  • Not enough dedication to paying down technical debt.
Advice to Management
  • Location issues should be fixed
  • Lean heavily on trust and remove control
  • Bring balance to the feature vs. technical debt scale
