The company has a flat hierarchy as of now. I guess no one is in sync.
During the first round, I asked the hiring manager about the level of coding required. The answer was 3/10.
In technical review, the interviewer was expecting 8/10, where the code is deployed and running on AWS.
Questions
The assessment was on the Indexing API, where 50 documents needed to be indexed using their API.
But the focus was on the bonus question, which was optional. For the interviewer, however, it was the main problem to be solved.
