Process

Applied through a recruiter.

First stage was a "CoderPad" interview, which was a live coding interview that lasted for 1 hour. It included 1 easy and 1 medium LeetCode question. The interviewer was very nice and did not rush me. He then asked some follow-up questions on my solutions, especially if they met all the test cases.

Second round was a hiring manager interview that lasted for 30 minutes. He asked about my motivations to work in that business unit and why I wanted to leave my current job.

Final round was the "Super Day," a 1-hour interview with the VP and one associate from the team, discussing my CV, technical background, and the tech stack used in my current job.

The second interview (likely a typo, should be the third interview after the "Super Day" if it's a final round) was a system design interview about REST APIs for bank transactions with 2 associates from the team.

My advice would be to do about 100 medium LeetCode questions. Be prepared to answer questions about your CV (they go into very tiny details). Although system design is typically required for senior roles, it was apparently included for potential associates as well.

Overall experience was very good.

Questions

The isPowerOfThree question on LeetCode was the easy one. I cannot remember the medium question.
