This felt like a typical HackerRank challenge, not relevant to the role. I need to polish my data structures knowledge for the interview.

At the end, it felt like my cloud knowledge was not even challenged. The interview only tested graduate-level coding, which doesn't align with my experience level.

I feel the coding questions could have been more relevant.

Pros: Great place to work. Good people. Interesting work. Less red tape than some other banks.

Cons: Upper middle management is disorganized and not pulling in the same direction. Suboptimal communication exists between BU and central teams. Personally, I suffered from being in a different location than the majority of the team (but that won't be the case for everyone, of course).
