I received an OA after submitting my application in September. Optimal Solutions provided the OA. I received the Hirevue in October, submitted it, and have had no response since. I have applied several times, and this is how all of them have ended up. The interactions have been terrible.

Pros: This review is only as an intern.
* Great pay
* Buddies/mentors help whenever needed
* Work-life balance is largely team-dependent; I was lucky
* Working with plenty of smart people
* Latest tech stack (at least in my department)
* Free cab service (for interns only)
* Good gym at a cheap rate
Cons: 1. No free/subsidized food.
2. Steep learning curve; need to learn new technologies in a quick time.
