Process
Interviewers are smart and friendly. What annoyed me was the existence of follow-up interviews after the final round. My two appointed follow-up interviews were cancelled without a reason, just several hours before they were scheduled to start. Then I was rejected suddenly. This was a huge waste of my energy and time, and I felt disrespected.
