1st round: HackerRank math test and coding test. Although they tell you that scoring exceptionally in any one of those is sufficient, it is always good to do both. The math test will ask questions on probability, linear & matrix algebra, and calculus. The coding test difficulty is LeetCode medium.
2nd round: Resume shortlist and an invitation to a recorded HireVue interview. Questions are mostly behavioral and rarely about your interest in the organization.
3rd round: Superday onsite. This consists of two rounds of interviews, 45 minutes each, followed by a networking session. The interviews are a mix of both technical and behavioral. All my interview panels consisted of engineering analysts and no HR personnel. For the technical rounds, even if you get stuck, they are very helpful and will try to stimulate your thought process and make you arrive at the final answer.
