Easy process. Submitted OA two weeks late, but they didn't seem to care. Had Hirevue after OA, then got passed onto Superday. Interviewers were nice. Had a string parsing problem and a bit manipulation problem. LC med/hard.

Pros: Great mentorship culture; coffee chats are highly encouraged.
Finance moves everything, so you see the impact in your code.
Cons: The company has just recently begun to digitize and move to the cloud.
Big banks tend to be behind big tech and lack real innovation.

Decent but not the best

Pros: Actually get to code, provide your own ideas for implementation of project design, lots of smart coworkers, and a pretty modern tech stack (depends on the team).
Cons: Sometimes managers seem too busy to help. Internships slow down at the end. Some days are really slow. I would not recommend it if you're not interested in finance (obviously).
