In SuperDay, I had two back-to-back interviews, each with one or two interviewers. In the end, we had an optional Q&A with current workers.
Overall, the online interview process was very smooth.

Pros: Great mentorship culture; coffee chats are highly encouraged.
Finance moves everything, so you see the impact in your code.
Cons: The company has just recently begun to digitize and move to the cloud.
Big banks tend to be behind big tech and lack real innovation.
