I had two 45-minute interviews the same day, which was a great learning experience. Each interview had two engineers from different divisions.
I loved the interview process; it included LeetCode mediums and a few behavioral questions (2-3) in each interview.

Decent but not the best

Pros: Actually get to code, provide your own ideas for implementation of project design, lots of smart coworkers, and a pretty modern tech stack (depends on the team).
Cons: Sometimes managers seem too busy to help. Internships slow down at the end. Some days are really slow. I would not recommend it if you're not interested in finance (obviously).

Pros: Very dynamic and challenging work environment. Pushing your creativity and skills to the next level. Everybody is very willing to help. Learn something new and exciting every day.
Cons: It can be a little stressful at times, but that's normal at almost every workplace.
