I remember creating a profile on Naukri, Monster, and the like in January of 2015. A recruitment agency got in touch with me, wondering if I would like to work with GS. After my consent, the HR got in touch with me over the phone for what seemed like an HR round, plus my reservation for the next (VP) round. The VP round was telephonic and not very grueling. Post that, came the very technical 1:1 with my prospective managers. I sourced my resume from Naukri.com, according to my best guess.
