The first was with a senior Analyst, followed by the VP.

The first interview was very easy and included questions on OO concepts and Java. The second interview was tough, focusing solely on EJB concepts.

Cons: - Arrogance and rudeness abound. I've seen a lot of it as people get more senior. - People putting in lots of work don't get the same recognition as those that just play up to management. - Trying to change teams or leave is like a bad breakup. Management does not handle it well. - Compensation is below standard but justified because "the culture you get is like nowhere else" (quote from an MD on why the pay isn't better).
