Java Developer Interview Experience - Jersey City, New Jersey

Process

Very bad experience. Although I answered each and everything asked by the interviewer, I was not selected.

Had two technical phone screen interviews with one week gap in between.

Advice: Do not waste the time of the candidates if you don't want to select them.

I had an industry experience of 3 years, but the recruiter called me for a 7+ years profile. The hiring management needs to make some good decisions regarding shortlisting candidates when it comes to experience.

Answered each and every question, but I think they were confused since I had an experience of 3 years only. Be clear when selecting candidates to interview.

However, the HRs were nice, and they gave the results quickly.
