A weird and confusing experience.

I came to interview, encouraged by the recruiter's paeans on LinkedIn. I was promised feedback in 2-3 days, but then I received only a "no" without any explanation after a month and a half.

Shortly thereafter, I was invited again and again received a curt refusal after more than a month and a few follow-up emails.

Then another recruiter contacted me (this time looking for a software engineer).

Summing up, I see much room for improvement in:

• Making up your mind whether you want to hire somebody or not.
• Making only promises you are going to keep.
• Putting any kind of information into the emails you send.

As for the interviews themselves, they were rather nice and "seemed" easier than any other interviews I have had.

Not very complicated riddles about:

• Mathematical induction
• Linked lists
• Binary encoding
