My resume was submitted via a recruiter. I found out that the group wanted to do an in-person interview without a phone screen, which is quite unusual.
I had the interview in the AM and was told that I would meet anywhere from 3-5 people.
It started with a code test which included questions from Java, SQL, Web Tech, C++, and .NET. I had never worked with C++ and .NET, so I left those sections completely blank. This was followed by a group interview (2 on 1) and a 1 on 1 interview. After which, I was just let out. Considering that I thought I did fairly well, I was hoping to be seen by more people, but I was told, "We're done!"
