Senior Java Developer Interview Experience - Hyderābād, India
Process
The telephonic interview started on a platform where the candidate and interviewer could see the shared compiler screen. No time frame was given to write the program. I informed the interviewer that I might need 10 minutes more to complete the program. I'm not sure what happened, but he suddenly dropped off, and there was no further communication. I've participated in hundreds of interviews, but this was the saddest.
