An internal recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn.
I had two screening interviews:
These interviews were spaced approximately two weeks apart. The process was very slow.
Everything seemed very easy, but after a long time, they emailed me to say they were moving forward with other candidates. :)
The phone interview was purely technical and it went very well.
It covered basic Java, multithreading, OO concepts, databases, algorithms, Java collections, etc. This one went very well.
The next BlueJeans Video interview was just behavioral, and everything seemed to go very well.
All the questions they asked were very simple ones. For example, they asked how I approach a problem and then tried to dive deep, following my answers to explore my behavioral and technical skills.
