Process
The interview speed looks like a turtle's. I had two rounds.
- 1st: HackerRank coding -> Cleared (received a call after 10 days for the in-person coding round).
- 2nd: In-person coding round -> Cleared (informed by HR after one week that I had cleared).
They mentioned there would be further rounds, but I haven't received any calls or emails. They are not picking up my calls or replying to my emails. It has been about one month.

Pros: Good and knowledgeable people to work along with.
Good training programs are available for employees.
Employee perks, such as healthcare and gym memberships, are very good.
Cons: They underutilize contractors. Even though you have good experience, the work they give to contractors is trivial. If you are used to an environment where deployments and builds are done by a different team, you will find it difficult. There are no testing teams and no deployment teams. The developer does everything.

Pros: Good work environment and culture. People who love traveling can enjoy their work.
Cons: No promotions and a lot of travelling.

Pros: - You will learn a lot.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Industry leader.
- People are open and supportive (but the closer you move to business, the more closed people are).
Cons: - Not the best payer.
- Very hard to get promotion.
- If things go wrong, people are laid off very quickly and massively.
- The closer to business, the longer your hours work.
