I interviewed for the LCA team for a Software Developer position. I would say the people who interviewed me were not even trying to understand my solutions. Even when I told them that there were more than one efficient solution to that problem, they would not agree with what I was telling them. One of them was particularly arrogant.

All of them relied on bookish knowledge rather than asking about CS fundamentals, which I think should be what an interviewee is tested upon. You can teach someone a technology, but not CS fundamentals. It was the worst experience for me so far!

Only the phone round contained algo and coding questions.
