Pros: Goldman is one of the best leading companies in the sector of investment banking in the world right now, and has been for many years. They have a very strong team. The team I was assigned to had colleagues who were well determined.
Cons: I experienced a lack of sincerity from the management. The company should seriously reconsider the system. The company has to grow with the growth of time.

Pros: One of the best MNCs I have ever worked with. They do not discriminate between employees.
Cons: It is an MNC company. That's why you don't get ESOPS. So your net worth will not grow so fast. Keep that in your mind.
