The interview mode was good.
First round: HackerRank. The first problem was an array-based question.
waaarrziiiii
Output: 1w3a2r1Z5ia=1, b=2, how many such strings can be formed from a given number?Second round: CoderPad test. An interviewer watched your screen as you coded the assigned program. Two programs were assigned.
(I think at least one should be passed, and the next should be attempted with a solution.) The program was Pascal's triangle.
Third round: Technical, Manager, HR, and so on.
This HR was so clever; she asked me to leave for the day without evaluating my skills.
In round two, I was about to complete the program when the system restarted due to a maintenance activity. The interviewer selected me by asking a few questions about my approach, documenting my inputs, and then saying I was selected and to wait in the lobby for the next round.
The HR came to me, asked me to leave for the day, and said they would get back to me next Monday.
She asked me to leave for no reason.
I wasted my time twice.
Three years back, I was selected for the next technical discussion. Due to the unavailability of panel members, I was rejected.
Now, a system crash caused my rejection.
You should respect the candidate who appeared for the interview. Time and money are involved (transport fare and half a day of precious weekend time).
