Process
I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview. I met four people. I would say the process was fair, and everyone was very pleasant and friendly. They made me very comfortable.
Initially, I was given six programming questions to solve within an hour. Here are a couple of examples:
- Reverse a linked list.
- A basic SQL JOIN and GROUP BY question.
- Write a program that will take integers and add them; for example, 25 => 7.

Pros: Really smart people all around.
You can learn a lot about time management and risk management from a high-paced work culture.
Cons: Most of the smart people from the Technology department are leaving. They have a flux of incoming so-called strategists in the technology department who lack the ability to understand complexities and details and just want to build something new and move on. Too much politics and a lack of transparency.
