Process
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for a software engineering position and we quickly scheduled a phone call to go over experiences and job expectations. Everything seemed pretty straightforward, and they were moving quite quickly. I then scheduled my first technical interview, which I'll go over in more detail below.
