Process
The first step in the process was completing the HackRank challenge. This took roughly an hour and a half and was made up of three parts.
The second step was the HireVue interview. This is basically interviewing, except there is no person on the other end. You are given questions and you have to answer them on video within two minutes as if a real person was asking you. It is very awkward, as you have to act as if you are speaking to a person, but you are not.
