Was fast-tracked from a campus programming challenge to the Superday. The Superday consisted of two interviews, back-to-back: a technical and a behavioral, one hour each, both with two engineers each.
My technical interview was mainly LC whiteboard-style, then some general system design, debugging, and workflows questions. The behavioral interview ended up being more of a discussion of my projects and one hypothetical scenario for conflict resolution.
If you collaborated on a project with a colleague, but during the presentation to your supervisor or higher management, they claimed the credit for your part of the work, how would you handle this?
