Process

I interviewed for a Software Engineer position, GS, in January 2018. However, it was not a good experience.

I just supposed it was a quite easy interview and I would get an offer eventually, but I failed finally and was so depressed. I lost all my confidence.

Perhaps it was due to my weak personal abilities; for example, my oral English is not that good as a foreigner, as they really concentrated on communication.

I will persist in searching for a job and become a Software Engineer eventually.
