Online coding test and recorded video interview. Both were pretty easy.

Face-to-face technical test. There was an extremely long wait between stages; the video to f2f process took 2 months.

Worst f2f interview experience out of the 10+ companies I interviewed at. The interview email stated a "CoderPad" test. Google revealed a collaborative coding tool, which turned out to be an offline "CoderPad" on paper. What a troll! There were 3 questions plus Q&A in 45 minutes.

Two interviewers, and one was late. They asked questions, and when I answered, they just looked at me blankly with no response. "What do you think?" was the response when I asked a question.

"Here's my solution."

• Blank stare - "Any feedback?"
• They looked at each other - "Did I miss something?" "What do you think?"

Questions were not particularly difficult: flesh out a method, find bugs, and how would you test your code.

Towards the end, I didn't even feel like answering their questions. Needless to say, I didn't hear back. I wouldn't want to work in that office anyway. Completely unprofessional behavior from a globally renowned BB bank.

Thank goodness I already had some offers while waiting for their extremely slow processing.
