I applied online first, and then I received a HackerRank coding challenge. The questions were extremely easy and not tricky, except for some tricky test cases. I couldn't clear one test case and therefore couldn't move forward.

Pros: Great culture! Everyone wants to learn more about you and is willing to teach you anything you want to learn. Super flat hierarchy. Work hours aren't bad. Definitely not a 9-5 job, but averages a 55-hour work week.
Cons: The compensation for Goldman Sachs entry-level employees might not be as high as in Silicon Valley.
