Pros: HR/HCM policies are great. Health benefits are good. The number of PTOs is great. Paternity leave is great.

Cons: Profit-focused company. You can terminate full-time employees only if the budget is high. Labor-intensive company where you'll be drained working at least 10 hours every day. No appreciation for good work; a very political environment. If you want a promotion, all you need is a good relationship with your manager. No matter how hard you work or prove yourself, you cannot get a promotion or stay in the company if you are not "licking your manager's boot." Salary is on the lower side of the industry average.

Pros: Great people with great stories.

Cons: Long days and hours at times.
