Process
I spoke with an engineer recruiter at the career fair. I dropped off my resume and received a phone call a few nights later, inviting me to an interview.
The interview was one-on-one with the same recruiter I had spoken with initially. It was mostly behavioral, and we discussed the projects listed on my resume. I was also asked one simple Java question.
