Pros: If you ask for it, you will get the tools/resources to help you do your job.
Cons: Entering during a restructuring period of the company meant little guidance, as there was no formal manager assigned to me.

Pros: Pays well, especially the bonus, which is huge!
Cons: GS lags behind in terms of technology. Developers would be doing a lot of production support but very little coding. So you might get rusty in terms of coding/technology.
