Good base pay.
Good year-end bonus.
In a good year, the bonus is sometimes a good portion of CTC.
Some legacy work. Not very good work-life balance. No incentives like subsidized food; food is very expensive. No free cab service, only free for women leaving after 7pm. Bonus is good in good years, but sometimes it may not be that good. It is not going to be bad for sure.
Give some incentives like subsidized food and free cab. This is something every employee deserves.
